My submission for the 7th Anniversary Final Fantasy XI Fan Art contest. The theme for the contest is "celebrating the anniversary with friends" or "the journey of adventurers throughout the years".


My caption for this piece: Before life became overwhelming with end game, missions, and quests; we were all once new adventurers in the world of Vana'diel and enjoyed the simple pleasures of a night in the firelight with our friends.

This took about 15 hours to complete over 3-4 days. Done in Photoshop CS3.
